What are you doing this weekend in the city? Let us tell you, the city is jam-packed of interesting, artsy, creative and fun events and they are all happening in the span of 36 hours.
Too many events to choose from? Perfect. These are the main events we would hit up if we only had 36 hours and a pack of energy bars:
Friday night, the Luminato Festival kicks off! It's an event that lasts nearly a month showcasing some of the best talents in film, art, dance and performance. Better yet, a lot of the events are FREE!
After Luminato, why not head to the Ampitheatre and catch Florence + the Machine's How Beautiful tour, because two words: That Voice!
Rise and shine, it's Saturday! Start it off on the good foot by checking out Dundas West Fest. Dundas is the new strip if you like trendy bars, cafes and restaurants. The whole street will be pedestrian-only all day long so grab your friends and stroll on!
Once you get your walking in, head to Yonge and Dundas square for the Griffin Session Toronto, part of Craft Beer Week that celebrates all things locally brewed! Ladies only from 11am to 3pm and open to the general public from 5pm to 9pm. And, you guessed it, that's where we will be all day long!
Didn't make it in time to drink craft beer? Fear not, you probably already got your tickets to Bestival, a music festival at Woodbine Park with awesome headliners like Tame Impala and The Cure!
After you wake up from whatever hazy adventure you did the night before, it's time for Sunday Funday! Forget brunch and head to the Gladstone Hotel where they will be having their monthly flea market. Vintage finds for thrifting minds.
Hamstrings a little tight from cycling so much this season? Head down to the waterfront and stretch 'em out during a yoga session!
The perfect way to casually end an epic weekend!
