So here's what happened. We were making some Loose Lips Lager when *BAM*, our boiler broke down (this is important because we need a boiler for making beer). We already had the kettle full of 2,000 litres of wort (that's unfermented beer) so we were faced with the decision of dumping it down the drain, or pitching some lactobacillus bacteria into it and making a sour beer. Obviously we chose the later since here I am writing this and here you are reading it. Then we tossed in some raspberry flavour, because why the heck not... and you know what? This beer is great!
